Welcome to the law firm of Gosal & Company. At Gosal & Company, we represent a diverse range of disabled workers residing in BC and throughout Canada. Our practice is mainly restricted to Workers’ Compensation Board claims and appeals, and Canada Pension Plan disability appeals. We also provide advice and assistance in the preparation of wills.
Our lawyers are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of WCB claims and appeals as well as CPP disability appeals and are dedicated in providing you with sound legal advice and assisting you in pursuing a successful appeal.
